(Age as of July 1, 2025 is indicator - example: 12 years old on 7/1/25 = you tryout for U13, age is 13 on 7/1/25 tryout for U14 etc)

PHASE 1 (pre-tryouts)

Review PVC Website to learn more about the club
Decide which level you would like to play at
Complete all required forms (some forms can be completed online). Player Tryout form has a checklist to assist you with making sure that you have everything required for registration
PHASE 2 (tryouts)
Phase 2 (tryouts)
Bring all completed forms to your tryouts registration as well as fees and deposits. Registration opens 30 minutes prior to tryouts
Come prepared to work hard and have fun. You will be evaluated by multiple coaches
Bring some water and sanitizer with you to stay hydrated throughout the day
PHASE 3 (post-tryouts)
Phase 3 (post-tryouts)
You will be contacted to learn about your team placement
You will make a decision about accepting your spot on a team
Parents meeting will take place
You will learn about your coaches and schedules
You will meet your teammates and take pictures
Uniforms will be ordered

Tryout Fee of $100.00
Tryout fee can be paid by check payable to Powers Volleyball Club by PAY NOW button on website, Venmo @sarah-barnhard-2, check or cash. Tryout fee is non-refundable.
Deposit of $200.00
Deposit is paid if a player is placed on a team. Deposit also can be paid by check payable to Powers Volleyball Club by PAY NOW button on website, Venmo @sarah-barnhard-2, check or cash.
Season Payments
Payments are due the first week of the month throughout the club season. Payments can be made by check, cash, venmo or by credit card using Pay Pal option. If you decide to pay by check, please, make checks payable to Powers Volleyball Club. Mail your check to: 117 Oak View Circle, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. If you decide to pay via PayPal, please, add 3% to your payment. There will be a $25.00 late fee for all payments that are past the 7th of each month. Pay-in-full option is available as well for those who would like to take advantage of 5% off the club season tuition.
